Over the next couple of months we will begin a new series on the second domain of influential leadership-collaboration.   Collaboration is the duty of influential leaders. Creating a culture of collaboration requires, open communication, cooperative attitude, and integrated teams. The first part of this new series will focus on open and effective communication.</p>
